2022 – 2023 - Hemisphere, game studio, lead artist, concept art, story.
Creating a new IP address for the client. Creating a concept from scratch to fulfill the client's vision. Creating a game concept, basic idea and story, environment and characters. Creating a proof of concept in Unity for the client.

2019 – 2023 - St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, lecturer in visual design in digital games.
Teaching various artistic disciplines and subjects related to digital games. Renewed educational system and structure for teaching digital art and design. Currently teaching: Fundamentals of art in digital games, technical workflow in digital game creation, Design of props, environments and characters. Art and design of digital games.

2023 - ArtCraft educational program, Hemisféra, project co-author, manager and lecturer.
Creating an educational system, hiring and managing lecturers, teaching 3D game art and the basics of concept art.

2019 – 2022 - Summer game dev, Hemisféra, lecturer and artistic director.
Renewing and refining the concept of summer games as a program to educate young people in creating their own original digital games in teams. Mentoring and managing individuals and entire teams. Assisting with projects on the technical and design side to fulfill their own game concepts and turn them into a vertical version.

2017 – 2021 - Level Up educational program, Hemisféra, digital art and fundamentals lecturer.
Creation of an educational system and materials for teaching 2D game art and the basics of art, the basics of concept art.

2015 – 2023 Freelance artist, illustrator, concept artist, 2D and 3D generalist.

Mgr. art. Martin Engler PhD. studied illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts, Bratislava, under the supervision of Prof. Dušan Kállay. During his studies, he studied various media and disciplines with a primary interest in conceptual game art.

He focused his bachelor's and master's theses on the creation of a vast author's world, while creating theoretical parts of his works with the aim of educating the country. He became a co-founder of the civic association Pomimo, which annually publishes a collection of comics and spreads awareness about art. He also became a co-founder and lecturer of the educational projects Level Up, ArtCraft, TechArt Camp within the Hemisféra association.

He has also worked as one of the lecturers and art directors in the Summer Game Dev project for the past four years. Later, he became a lecturer in the Digital Game Theory department at the University of Moravian-Silesian Studies in Trnava, where he actively teaches, introduces, and develops game graphics and conceptual game art.

He wrote his dissertation on the topic of Artistic Imagination in Digital Games with the aim of revealing the active influence of conceptual art on the pre-production side of game creation, on which topic he also publishes professional articles. He also works as a freelancer, dedicating himself to traditional and digital art in 2D and 3D form and in various media. He is currently trying to translate the aforementioned author's world into written and game form.
